Delivery and Payment


  • Free of charge when ordering over UAH 500. If the amount of the order is less than 500 UAH. delivery amount UAH 35;

  • Payment of the cost of goods and delivery services is made in cash upon receipt of the goods;

  • Delivery is carried out at the indicated address to the entrance;

  • If the order is placed and confirmed before 5:00 p.m. of the current day, it will be delivered the next day (a convenient delivery time is agreed upon when the order is confirmed).


  • You can pick up the goods yourself at the address of Kyiv, str. Avtozavodska, 18. Details are given in the  Contacts section  ;

  • When confirming the order, be sure to agree with the operator on the time of the visit. 

  • You can pay for the selected product after receiving the product.


  • We work with the carrier "Nova Poshta". The cost of delivery when ordering from UAH 1,500. - Free of charge, less than the specified amount - from 45 hryvnias. depending on the weight of the product and the region of delivery (our operator will inform you of the exact cost during the order process);

  • Payment of the cost of goods and delivery services is made in cash upon receipt of the goods;

  • Delivery is made to the carrier's warehouse, or to the specified address directly to your doorstep;

  • A convenient delivery time is agreed upon when placing an order.

  • Payment in cash is possible only when purchasing in Kyiv or Kyiv region, as well as at Nova Poshta branches. Payment is made exclusively in the national currency.

  • We provide you with a sales receipt as confirmation of payment.


  • Payment by non-cash payment is carried out in the following way: after placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company's current account. For legal entities, a package of all documents is provided together with the product. 


  • Payment directly at a convenient for you branch of the carrier "Nova Poshta"


You can return/exchange a product if:

  • 14 days have not passed since the purchase

  • The product was damaged during delivery (you must write a claim letter directly at the carrier's office)

  • Factory marriage detected (return details are discussed separately with the manager)

Features of return/exchange:

  • Funds are returned only after receiving the product in our warehouse and checking it for damage, functionality, etc.

  • The product must be in proper shape, and the packaging must be intact and not crumpled.

  • All instructions and other supporting documentation that came with the product must be sent together with the product.

  • The legislation provides for a list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned. You can familiarize yourself with it in the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights (Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights).
