All products of " Romana Mobil " LLC are provided with an official manufacturer's warranty in full compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" .
The warranty period is specified in the warranty card and is calculated from the date of actual delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the warranty period, the buyer is obliged to comply with the requirements and instructions of the manufacturer regarding the operation of the product. Violation or non-observance of these rules entails a refusal to carry out a free repair or replacement of the product.
Product exchange/return procedure:
Make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase (the date is indicated on the warranty card and receipt).
Contact an online store consultant.
Specify how convenient it will be for you to exchange/return the product.
Tell the manager a convenient method of refund.
If there is a warranty case and the product was used, you need to get a report from the service center.
Reasons for which the product cannot be returned:
The product has signs of use.
Product packaging is missing or damaged.
The product has visible damage (scratches, dents, scuffs, etc.).
Missing receipt or warranty card.
